The Exchanges, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns & Refunds: We will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30 days have passed, you will receive a credit towards the purchase of any Dr. M Skin Care product. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are returning a gift, we will issue you a credit towards the purchase of any Dr. M Skin Care product.

Return by Mail: We'll accept returns for any Dr M Skin Care product upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping and handling fees are the customers responsibility.

Exchanges: askdrm.com does not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

askdrm.com ships to the contiguous 48 U.S states and Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. askdrm.com does not ship to APO/AP addresses.

For U.S. orders and shipping with askdrm.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be in the United States.
